Securities held by our clearing broker, Mesirow Financial Inc., are protected up
to $500,000 by the Securities Investment Protection Corporation (SIPC). This is
limited to $100,000 for claims in cash. Additional Securities protection of $29,500,000
is provided by American International Group, so your account is protected up to
a total of $30,000,000. If you need more protection talk to us.
SIPC generally protects customers against the physical loss of securities if the
broker/dealer holding the securities fails. SIPC and American International Group
do not protect customers against a decline in the market value of securities.
