As we prepare to serve your financial needs, we want to answer some questions that you may have about WesBanco and the banking relationship that we will work together to build. | |||

| Q. | What kind of company is WesBanco? | ||
| A. | WesBanco’s merger with Oak Hill creates a multi-state bank holding company with total assets of approximately $5.3 billion in addition to trust assets under management of approximately $3.1 billion. After the merger, WesBanco will operate through 114 banking offices and two loan production offices in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The Oak Hill merger expands WesBanco’s Ohio franchise in the Columbus, Springfield/Dayton and Cincinnati markets while adding new markets in southern and central Ohio. WesBanco’s banking subsidiary is WesBanco Bank, Inc., headquartered in Wheeling, West Virginia. In addition, WesBanco operates an insurance company, WesBanco Insurance Services, Inc., a full service broker/dealer, WesBanco Securities, Inc. and provides trust services through WesBanco Trust and Investment Services. |

| Q. | How long has WesBanco been providing financial services? | ||
| A. | WesBanco was founded in 1870 in Wheeling, West Virginia. Over the years WesBanco has been recognized for its financial performance and its reputation as a safe and sound banking company. WesBanco stock is traded under the symbol WSBC on the Nasdaq Global Market. |

| Q. | When will I begin seeing the name WesBanco at Oak Hill locations? | ||
| A. | Oak Hill and WesBanco formally merged on November 30, 2007. However, new signs will not be installed at all Oak Hill locations until the spring of 2008 when Oak Hill products and services are merged with or converted to WesBanco products and services. |

| Q. | Will I continue to do my banking as usual? | ||
| A. | Yes. Until spring 2008, it’s business as usual. You will continue to bank at any convenient Oak Hill banking center and use your deposit slips and passbooks. You can use your existing Oak Hill checks until after the spring conversion to WesBanco’s banking systems and until you first reorder checks at which point you will receive WesBanco checks. All transactions including direct deposits, such as Social Security deposits or automated payments will be processed as usual. You will continue to make payments on your loan account as you do today. In short, all products and procedures remain the same and access to WesBanco products and services like trust and investment services should be available in spring 2008. |

Will the staff at my neighborhood banking center be there to serve me? |

| A. | Yes. You’ll continue to work with the same familiar people at your Oak Hill Banking Centers. |

| Q. | Do I need to order new checks, a new ATM or debit card or change my electronic banking services? |
||
| A. | You can continue using your Oak Hill checks and deposit slips, as well as your Oak Hill ATM and debit cards until WesBanco ATM and debit cards are issued to you some time after the data conversion. All electronic banking services that have been available will continue to be available without any changes. We will inform you of any changes that may occur regarding internet banking, electronic bill pay and ATM and debit cards, as well as all other account changes at least one month prior to the conversion. | ||

| Q. | When can I begin using WesBanco ATMs? |
||
| A. | You’ll be pleased to know that you will soon be able to get cash, make transfers, and find out balance information free of charge at any Oak Hill ATM as well as any of the 111 WesBanco ATMs. In addition, through an agreement with Cleveland-based KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY), you will soon have surcharge-free access to Key’s network of additional ATMs in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. We will inform you of the date upon which you can begin using the extended ATM network. Until that time, you can continue using your Oak Hill ATM card as you have in the past. | ||

| Q. | Will my accounts and account numbers stay the same? | ||
| A. | Until spring 2008, nothing changes. After the computer system conversion, we plan to preserve your account numbers as best we can and to keep the same checking, savings, CD and loan account types you currently have, including the best FREE Checking account available. FREE checking includes FREE electronic bill pay, expanded FREE ATM access and FREE debit card. | ||

| Q. | Will my deposits continue to be insured by the FDIC? | ||
| A. | Yes. Your deposit accounts will be insured by the FDIC up to the limits of coverage that it provides. Please contact your Oak Hill banker regarding the details of your FDIC coverage if you have any questions. | ||

| Q. | Will my Oak Hill Credit Card Card be replaced with a WesBanco Visa? | ||
| A. | Yes, however, the
replacement card will not be issued until later in 2008 (specific time
still pending). Until that time, you will continue to use your Oak Hill
Banks issued card as usual. All customers will receive proper notification
when we are ready to transition into the WesBanco credit card. |

| Q. | Is my Oak Hill Credit Card still valid and will it still work during and after conversion to WesBanco on 4/25? |

| A. | Yes, your Oak Hill Credit Card is still valid and will continue to work as usual as long as the account is current and not over it's limit. You will be re-issued a card as normal if your current card is expiring. |

| Q. | Can I still make my credit card payment at an Oak Hill Banking Center? |

| A. | Yes! And now, with the integration of Oak Hill and WesBanco, you have even more options as you can utilize any existing WesBanco location in addition to your previous Oak Hill Banks office.
