We welcome you to a new era in banking as WesBanco, Inc. and Oak Hill Financial, Inc. have officially joined forces. While the merger was consummated on November 30, 2007, the transition to WesBanco products and services, WesBanco name and the joint customer use of Oak Hill and WesBanco banking centers is planned to occur in the spring of 2008. So, for now, it is business as usual at Oak Hill until a data conversion in the spring. As the transition from Oak Hill to WesBanco progresses, we will regularly provide you additional information.

As we anticipate the actual merging of our two banking systems, we feel that it is important that you receive a preview of how we do business at WesBanco.
