From your telephone, WesBancoLine gives you TOLL FREE access to the banking information you need, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is available at no cost to our customers and potential customers.  By calling the toll free number, 1-888-664-5300, you will be connected immediately through the keypad on your touch-tone phone to all of the following information:

  • A menu of WesBancoLine services;
  • A menu of WesBanco products and services;
  • WesBanco ATM locations, where there are no fees charged for WesBanco customer transactions;
  • Your checking account information, including your current and available balance, most current deposits and withdrawals and the amounts and dates of specific checks paid;
  • Your savings account information, including your current and available balance and most current deposits and withdrawals;
  • Your certificate of deposit information, including your current balance, term, interest paid year-to-date, interest rate and next maturity date;
  • The option to report a lost or stolen ATM, credit or WesBanco Money Card®;
  • Your loan information, including your current balance, last payment date and amount, next payment amount and due date, maturity date, payoff amount with good through date and interest paid last year. Information on interest paid last year is available from January through April;
  • Your WesBanco credit card information. Our PINpoint feature provides your credit card account information, including outstanding balance, the date and amount of your last payment and how much credit that you have available;
  • An option to transfer funds from one WesBanco account to another;
  • The option to change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) that is required to gain access to your account information;
  • The option to speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives during banking hours. This option is available to you at any time during your WesBancoLine telephone call;

WesBanco MoneyCard ®
Line

Debit Cards are available to the customer who wants access to their accounts through an ATM or POS (point of sale) terminal. They may also be used as a check card, allowing it to be used like a credit card that automatically deducts from the primary checking account designated on the card.

  • The customer must complete a debit card application;
  • The primary account designated on a debit card must be a Checking Account;
  • May have multiple accounts including checking and savings, which may be accessed at ATM;
  • Each debit card will be assigned a $200 maximum daily cash back limit through the ATM;
  • A debit card allows a customer to pay a third party through the use of a POS (point of sale) terminal from their Checking Account with a $2,000 maximum daily limit;
  • A debit card allows a customer to withdraw cash from existing personal Checking Accounts or Statement Savings Accounts at an ATM. If a customer uses an out-of-network (non MAC) ATM, the customer’s account will be charged $1.50 per transaction. This fee is in addition to the fee that the bank who owns the ATM may charge;
  • A debit card allows a customer to transfer funds between existing personal Checking Accounts and/or Statement Savings Accounts at an ATM;
  • A debit card allows a customer to make deposits to existing personal Checking Accounts or Statement Savings Accounts at a WesBanco owned ATM. (This service is not available at all WesBanco owned ATMs);
  • A debit card allows a customer to obtain their account balance through an ATM;
  • A fee of $5.00 is assessed to replace any lost or destroyed debit card;
  • May be used for purchases anywhere a normal MasterCard credit card may be used.

Overdraft Protection
Line

  • Savings Accounts or Checking Accounts can be tied together to automatically transfer funds from the customer's Savings account to their Checking account to cover overdrafts. Transfers will be made in the exact amount needed to cover the overdraft.
  • Prime Rate Home Equity Line of Credit Plan covers your checking account when you do not have sufficient funds to cover written checks. Automatically transfers a minimum of $250 to your checking account when you do not have sufficient funds, and charges that amount to your Line of Credit. Works anytime, anywhere and saves you a visit to the bank to make that transaction personally. Application is required.
  • Personal Line of Credit (PLOC) is an unsecured line of credit that is tied to an individual's or sole proprietor's checking account(s).  Minimum payment will be automatically deducted from checking on payment due date.  The PLOC billing information is sent to customer with primary checking account statement (combined statement).  Application for PLOC is required.
All transfers will be detailed on the customer's Checking account, Savings account, or Line of Credit statements. Personal Line of Credit transfers will be in multiples of $50. Eligibility restrictions may apply.

Scheduled Transfers
Line

Savings and Checking accounts can be tied together to automatically transfer funds from those accounts to other Savings or Checking accounts on designated dates of each month.

All transfers will be detailed on the customer's Checking or Savings account statements. Eligibility restrictions may apply.  Certificates of Deposit can be coded to automatically transfer interest payments to a Savings or Checking account. A Restricted Money Market Account may NOT have scheduled transfers.

Maintain Minimum Balance 
Line

  • Checking and Savings accounts can be coded to automatically transfer funds into or out of the account in order to maintain a specified minimum balance;
  • Transfers will be made in the exact amount of the deficiency in the account;
  • A Restricted Money Market account cannot be the "from" account.

All transfers will be detailed on the customer's Checking or Savings account statements. Eligibility restrictions may apply.

Maintain Maximum Balance 
Line

  • Checking and Savings accounts can be coded to automatically transfer excess funds out of the account in order to maintain a specified maximum balance;
  • Excess funds in the account can be transferred to a Checking or Savings account;
  • Transfers will be made in the exact amount of the excess in the account;
  • A Restricted Money Market account cannot be the "from" account;

Transfers will be detailed on the customer’s Checking or Savings account statements.

Safe Deposit Boxes
Line

Safe Deposit Boxes are available for customers to safeguard their valuable possessions against theft, loss, and fire.

  • Safe Deposit Boxes are available in a locked and secure area of the bank;
  • Rented for an annual fee, based upon the size of box;
  • May be rented to individuals, joint tenants (including husband and wife); corporations, banks, or other businesses;
  • Box sizes vary at each location - contact your WesBanco location.

Portfolio Statements
Line

Portfolio Statements are available to customers who have a combination of checking accounts, savings accounts and/or loans. These monthly statements provide detailed activity on all checking and savings accounts, as well as useful information relative to loans selected by the customer.

  • No fee;
  • Customer receives easy to read monthly statements on the statement date of the primary checking account;
  • Customer may designate an unlimited number of checking and savings accounts to detail activity on the statement;
  • Loan information may be displayed on the statement. Information displayed will include the interest rate, the current balance, and the maturity date, as well as other information;
  • If accounts are interest-bearing, the interest is credited to the account monthly on the statement date.
